Calling all cat-loving WWU students! Join us for the purrrfect Western Wednesday at the Bellingham NEKO Cat Café on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Registration is required for entry.

Students get FREE entry, plus a Viking kitty cookie and WWU swag, courtesy of The Foundation for WWU & Alumni. What a pawty!

When you register, you will be asked to choose between a 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. session. Please note that there are 25 spots available per session, and you may only register for one.

NEKO is a sanctuary for rescue cats and a welcoming space for humans to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Through their shelter partnerships, they help give kitties a place to find their purrrfect match. We invite you to join us, grab a drink, and kick back with the kitties. Just be warned, you might fall in love!
