Check out this video to watch the Western Insights: Leadership in Being Open for Business With COVID-19.

Managing a business in the climate of COVID-19 takes leadership. While businesses are regulated, and various departments and agencies have rules and expectations, making your business successful requires inspiring others to stay motivated and engaged throughout this crisis.

What should you be thinking about? What lessons can you learn from someone else?

We invite you to join Western Insights in a discussion with Dana Leslie, CFO with the Odom Corporation and Erynne Hallock, Vice President, Retail, with WECU, Whatcom County’s largest credit union. The discussion will be moderated by Kristi Lewis Tyran, Ph.D., Professor in the Department of Management at Western. Dr. Tyran’s research and teaching focus primarily on leadership.

Western Insights is an online panel series created in response to COVID-19 to provide the broader region, Western alumni, friends, and students with access to information on current events drawing from the University’s nationally respected experts. This free series is offered entirely online and is open to everyone.
