Donor Relations

Along with the Western Student Ambassadors, I'm dedicated to making your experience as a Western donor as rewarding as possible. Please take a moment to explore our Gift Acceptance PolicyDonor Bill of Rights, various Giving Societies, and learn more about this year's team of student ambassadors.

“We give annually to the Mathematics Scholarship and therefore get the thank you letters from students which you send each year. This year’s Thank You letters were especially good. They were well composed and actually exciting to read. What amazing students you have at Western! I just thought I would take a minute to tell you how much I enjoyed reading the student letters this year. Sincerely, Mary Chaney”

The WWU Student Ambassadors are a diverse group of 25 student leaders who serve as representatives of the student body at events and donor meetings hosted by the President and the WWU Foundation. We exist to build and reinforce the relationships between Western and its most dedicated constituents. We do this by sharing our individual Western experiences with friends, trustees, board members, elected officials, donors, faculty, staff, students, and other campus and community leaders at events. The passion, experiences, and dreams shared with guests reflect how Western is fostering active minds that are changing lives. By serving as Ambassadors and representatives of the student body, our experiences are the embodiment of gift impact.
